Robert J. Weichhand Mission February 18, 1945

#8 Double.

Today we were briefed for St. Ballentine tank works near Weinernieustat. But due to an overcase we were not able to drop our bombs so after a bomb run we closed the bays and went to the alternate, which was Graz. M.Y. Our alt. was 23,300 ft. - bomb load at 8-5005 Take off at 9:30 - Target 1410 - loading 1655. No flak seen or reported at either target. Reported enemy fighter activity - but we had a slew of 51 escorts. It was extremely cold yesterday. My face got slightly frost bitten. We flew #93 - position #6 in 513th Sqdn.

376 ARCHIVES

The website 376bg.org is NOT our site nor is it our endowment fund.

At the 2017 reunion, the board approved the donation of our archives to the Briscoe Center for American History, located on the University of Texas - Austin campus.

Also, the board approved a $5,000 donation to add to Ed Clendenin's $20,000 donation in the memory of his father. Together, these funds begin an endowment for the preservation of the 376 archives.
