The Broken Wings Of Zlatibor

I received a copy of this book from the author Dejan Deric.  While I have not finished reading it, it appears to be a well researched book.  And, it is in English.

He sent me a link to a Facebook page (click below) which describes the book.  And, it contains instructions on how to order it.Сломљена-крила-ЗлатибораThe-broken-Wings-od-Zlatibor-115291823640350/

The book is relevant to the 376th as it deals with Operation Halyard, the rescue of downed Allied airmen in the former Yugoslavia.  And what happened to General Draza Mihailovic after the war.

If you have trouble ordering it, this is his email address:

The website is NOT our site nor is it our endowment fund.

At the 2017 reunion, the board approved the donation of our archives to the Briscoe Center for American History, located on the University of Texas - Austin campus.

Also, the board approved a $5,000 donation to add to Ed Clendenin's $20,000 donation in the memory of his father. Together, these funds begin an endowment for the preservation of the 376 archives.

Donate directly to the 376 Endowment
